Nose
Dry fruit with unmistakable butterscotch and caramel notes from a high concentration of vanilla in American oak. Mild warming spices run in the background.
Palate
Lingering pleasant mouthfeel with citrus and soft fruits being prominent. Fresh dry grain balances fruit and savoury malt in the finish with hints of spice.
An Gael Blend is triple distilled in copper pot stills on the island of Ireland, matured for at least three years in American ex-bourbon casks, and presented at 40% ABV (80 Proof).
